Jeff Delman
Associate Attorney

Jeff brings a wealth of experience and a unique perspective to the Frim, having served as an Assistant State Attorney in the 17th Judicial Circuit for four years. During his tenure, he led a felony division, handling everything from low-level traffic offenses to serious violent felonies, including attempted murder. With dozens of trials and extensive motion work under his belt, he has an in-depth understanding of courtroom dynamics and the strategies prosecutors use to build their cases. His experience on the other side of the aisle gives him an insider’s view of the State’s process, allowing him to navigate the system strategically and advocate effectively for his clients.
Before his career in prosecution, Jeff earned his Juris Doctor from Texas Tech University School of Law, where he distinguished himself as a published author in the Law Review Journal and a national competitor in moot court competitions. His legal education sharpened his research, writing, and advocacy skills—tools he now uses to craft strong defenses for his clients.
Prior to practicing law, Jeff served as a music educator in Texas, where he was recognized as the Distinguished Young Director of the Year by the Texas Choral Directors Association in 2011. During his time in education, he worked with low-income students and their families, helping them navigate systemic challenges while leading his program to top ratings in ensemble and solo contests. This experience instilled in him a deep sense of compassion, leadership, and advocacy, which continues to shape his legal career. Jeff is excited for the opportunity to advocate for justice at George Reres Law and is here to help in any way he can!
